Imaginosity Dublin Trick or Treat is the most spooktacular party in town. This Halloween, join Imaginosity Dublin Children’s Museum and get set to ‘Trick or Treat for Temple Street’ with a bewitching after hours session of fiendish fun, raising money for a great cause!  FRIDAY 28TH OCTOBER, join us in your most creative spooky attire after hours from 5.30-7.30pm for our Halloween Spooktacular.

Tickets for this VERY special event are on sale NOW (01-2176130), standard museum admission rates apply, with ALL proceeds from the night going directly to Trick or Treat for Temple Street childrens hospital.

Festivities on the night will include:-

TheatreworX Productions return to The Helix this Christmas for yet another panto success with their hilarious adaptation of Aladdin.

A mystical genie, a flying carpet and an old lamp, a beautiful princess, irresistible baddies and an exotic trip to the Far East. It could only be the magical and much loved pantomime, Aladdin!

 Join the heroic but hopelessly romantic Aladdin and all the gang for the adventure of a lifetime in the Far East in this year’s fun-filled panto- guaranteed to enthrall the whole family

25th November 2016 – 22nd January 2017

Due to last year’s success we will have a sensory friendly production of the pantomime. Adapted performances will take place on Thursday 8th December at 6pm which include no sudden noises or bangs, softer and brighter lighting, and music at a suitable level. There will be no flashing merchandise available in the venue during these times.

Easter Egg Hunt at Ardgillan.

Monday 17th April at 3pm

Join us for our annual Easter Egg Hunt through the Demesne. The Easter Bunny is making a welcome return to Ardgillan and will be hiding his eggs around the park for all the boys and girls to find.

He has promised to be here on the day and is looking forward to meeting everyone!

About Ardgillan Castle Demense

Ardgillan Castle and Demesne is situated in North County Dublin on an elevated coastline between Balbriggan and Skerries, 32 kilometers north of Dublin City. The demesne is well signposted off the M1. The park consists of 194 acres of rolling open grassland, mixed woodland and gardens, overlooking the Irish Sea with views of Mourne Mountains to the north and Lambay to the south-east.

Visitors can enjoy outdoor walks through wooded areas with splendid views of Dublin bay. The Ardgillan Castle Bigfoot Experience (Popular with school tours).

The average Bigfoot tour to Ardgillan takes approximately 2 hours. During this time, the school/group will get the opportunity to explore Ardgillan Castle & Gardens. On the tour the schools/groups can experience how life used to be in the castle.

Schools/groups are encouraged to bring their own packed lunch which can be enjoyed in any of the expansive picnic areas, or indoors if desired. Children’s packed lunches are available but must be booked in advance.

After lunch, the children will then be taken on a walk through the gardens, where they will see many varieties of trees, plants, flowers and herbs.

Whilst in the gardens the children may encounter the scary figure of the Ardgillan Bigfoot. He’s really a friendly Bigfoot, and people say that he’s more afraid of us than we are of him.

To round off an action-packed visit, schools/groups can avail of the state-of-the-art playground or enjoy a leisurely walk around the park.
