While we do not permit outside food as we have two food outlets on site, customers of the Olive Tree Kitchen and our Party Room are welcome to bring a birthday cake.

Imagine the look on their face when you tell them that this year, they are going to embark on a journey full of exhilaration, traversing through the trees on our Zip ‘n’ Trek course, participating in imaginative play in An Baile Beag, scaling new heights on our Fun Walls or enjoying our thrilling ninja obstacle course inspired by the hit ITV show ‘Ninja Warrior’.

All you need to bring is your birthday cake and a healthy sense of fun!

FAQs

Do you provide birthday packages at Wildlands? 

While we don’t offer a “package” we do facilitate children’s birthday parties.  For activities we advise that you book your preferred activity date and time directly on our website and for food we operate a children’s birthday space in our birthday party room which is also bookable online or by contacting the Olive Tree Kitchen.  For activities www.wildlands.ie/play and for food www.wildlands.ie/eat – Please select kids party room when booking.  You will need to enter the number of children and a minimum of one adult.  There needs to be a minimum of 6 to book a table in this space. It is a shared space.

Important information re activities:

Every participant must have an online waiver completed before arrival, please share the link to the Waiver with the parents/guardians of all participants in group in advance of arrival. We recommend sending info@wildlands.ie a list of names of all participants in your group (first names and surnames) a day or two before the day so we can confirm if any are not yet completed so you can follow up with parents/ guardians. 

How much is it per person?

For activities it depends on the activity chosen, all our prices are available on our website at www.wildlands.ie/play.  For food our minimum order is €9.90 per person from our Birthday menu.  Adults are not charged unless they are booked on an activity, or they wish to eat with the party and the charge is the same however – please note that the menu is designed with children in mind.  Adults can, if they wish, order from the main Olive Tree Kitchen menu also.  

How many children can we have?

Children must be booked on an activity and be eating from the children’s menu.  From there we have no minimum or maximum however, both the activity and food booking must be made in advance, walk ins are not available as we staff according to pre booked numbers. 

What food is available on the birthday menu?

All the usual kids’ favourites are available including Gilligans beef burger and chips, hand made chicken goujons and chips, pasta with tomato sauce and half pizza and chips (Margarita or Pepperoni).

I’d like to bring decorations and a cake is this ok?

You can arrive from 11am to drop off decorations and a cake – we are happy to refrigerate this for you.  Please note that tables are booked throughout the day so you may need 30 minutes to decorate your table before your party starts.  The team on duty will assist you where possible with this.  It will not be possible to have a table set up for you for the entire day.  The maximum time for table(s) is one hour 30 mins.

I don’t have a booking can we just drop in? 

Sorry but all our activities and tables for food must be booked in advance no later than 24 hours ahead of time.  This allows us to plan our staffing and room set up appropriately.   

I’d like to eat in the Olive Tree Kitchen is this possible?

Unfortunately for the safety and comfort for all our guests in The Olive Tree Kitchen we ask that children’s parties utilize the party room in our event space.
