Join Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse as they commemorate 25 years of Disney On Ice across Europe in an action-packed ice adventure that travels to four magical destinations!  Disney On Ice presents Silver Anniversary Celebration will take audiences on a fun-filled tour of the imagination. 

Disney On Ice invites you to embark on the ultimate sightseeing holiday with all your favourite Disney characters. Join tour guides Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck as they visit the magical worlds of Disney’s The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and Peter Pan. You’ll also be whisked away to the wintery wonderland of the number one animated feature film of all-time, Disney’s Frozen. Told through an international team of award-winning skaters, exciting choreography and a musical score filled with familiar Disney hits and rock-and-roll classics, the whole family is sure to experience a captivating journey to far-away lands without ever leaving their seats!

The arena will be filled with music and magic in every scene as you discover four unique landscapes filled with boisterous pirates, Caribbean beats and tender moments. Audiences will explore the African Pride Lands with Simba, Timon and Pumbaa; voyage deep under the sea to Ariel’s mystical underwater kingdom; and tour London with Peter Pan and Wendy before flying to Neverland to join Tinker Bell. Easter Holiday Craft & Horse Camps for Kids 2018

We are planning two really brilliant Easter camps in Festina Lente during the Easter school holidays for children ages 5-11…  You can book each week separately or book the two weeks

Camp Week 1:  Monday 26th – Friday 30th March 2018 from 10am – 2pm

Monday: Off to the stable yard for a pony grooming session, then after the break, crack on with eggciting crafts! Make a brilliant bead sock bunny to brighten up your Easter. After lunch, search the gardens for lovely leaves and print a stunning spring leaf onto fabric.

Tuesday: After doing a pony riding lesson use air-dry clay to create beautiful Easter Egg ornaments, add patterns and designs and leave to dry. Make a fun and funky bunny mask before you hop off home.

Wednesday: Off to the stable yard for a pony grooming session, then up to the craft room to decorate your lovely clay eggs. Use craft material to make an Easter card for your family or friends.

Thursday: After your time in the stable yard doing a pony riding lesson, have some good clean fun and make some gorgeous handmade soap- choose your colour and an essential oil scent, then wrap in cellophane. Makes a beautiful Easter gift (hint, hint). Then dream on and make a delightful dream-catcher to hang by your bed to keep bad dreams at bay.

Friday: In with the ponies doing pony grooming then out to the garden! Bring the beauty of the Spring garden inside and make a fabulous table arrangement with twigs and daffodils. After lunch, search the gardens to discover the prize in our Easter treasure hunt!

Camp Week 2:  Tuesday 3rd – Friday 6th April 2018 from 10am – 2pm

Time to get arty!   Have fabulous fun with this cool craft camp…There are no pony activities during this week.

Tuesday: Dream on… make a beautiful dream-catcher to take home and hang by your bed to keep those bad dreams at bay. After the break, make a lovely air-dry clay hand, using your own hand as a template. Leave to dry. After lunch, search the gardens for lovely leaves and print a stunning spring leaf onto fabric.

Wednesday: Decorate your clay hand- use paint or decoupage to add some style to your clay hand holder. After the break its time to have some good clean fun and make some gorgeous handmade soap- choose your colour and an essential oil scent, then wrap in cellophane. Lunch is next -then a scavenger hunt in the garden.

Thursday: Take time for slime! Gather your ingredients, choose your colour and scent, and get goo-ing. After break –make and decorate a funky flower pot using decoupage and plant up with something nice! Lunchtime next, then- nature detectives are go! Take a gander round the garden and toddle up the trail to discover fauna & flora at Festina!

Friday: Feed the birds… make a fun bird feeder and some bird treats to encourage our feathered friends to visit the garden. Take a break, then create your own beautiful scented candle to take home. After lunch its time for treasure! Find the clues in the garden, work out puzzles and claim your prize in our brilliant treasure hunt.

What Easter celebration would be complete without an Easter egg hunt? Hop on over to the Lullymore Heritage and Discovery Park for some fun family time during the Easter Holidays.

Join the Easter Bunny for an “eggstra” special event where you have to find all the clues hidden throughout the Park, solve Easter Bunny’s puzzle and collect your egg. There will also be prizes of larger eggs each afternoon in the Funky Forest Indoor Play area for everybody who has done the Egg Hunt! To burn off lots of energy , there’s the “funky forest” indoor play centre with giant slide and ball pools, air hockey, fussball, cable run and pirate ship. To relax take a ramble through the Park’s woodland/peatland trails,  gardens and numerous historic exhibitions – all have been recently updated with life-like models, holograms and touchscreen multi-media. There’s also a pet farm containing Fallabella horses, alpacas, donkeys, rabbits, goats, calves, sheep and Bali ducks, pot bellied pigs and more goats! Funky Café is the place for some tasty treats.

are back once again! The Easter camps will take place from Monday 21st – Friday 25th of March and Monday 28th – Friday 1st of April. They will run from 11am-2pm and are suitable for age 3-7.

Each day will involve a mixture of different activities including games, arts, crafts, baking, dancing, competitions, indoor & outdoor activities (depending on weather), morning snacks & lunch time with lots of play time to explore our climbing frame. Camps are run by staff who are enthusiastic, fun and love working with kids! Each camp kid will need a packed lunch, a snack each day and a change of clothes (Just in case) as well as suitable outdoor clothing. The Easter Camp costs €75 per child per week, and a 10% discount applies for members or siblings. A €40 deposit or full payment is needed to secure places.
