Spring is a lovely time at the centre as it coincides with warmer weather, emerging flowers and longer days that inspire us to shake out the dust of winter and get busy.

Take a short walk to the Enchanted Forest and see if you can spot some fairy folk.  Find out who else lives in the forest following the Who Am I? animal cards in the Enchanted Forest.  Visit Winnie, our pot belly pig, and take a ride on one of our friendly horses or ponies (included in the entry fee).  With more than 2,000 acres of Coillte Forest beside the centre, longer walks and cycling routes are possible for the more adventurous.  Why not hire a donkey and have a picnic by the river?

Step into The Three Towers Organic Kitchen and fill your senses with the scent of fresh, home-made cooking, or simply grab a hot coffee or tea and sit outside in the garden. The kids can make a Spring craft to bring home, get their face painted, and the whole family can try out a silly “spring” wardrobe and take some family photos.  The playground is a big hit for the little ones.

Pizza Party Fridays  are a great start to any weekend.

Spring Festival 2024 Dates: Saturday 23rd March to Sunday April 7th, 12-6pm daily 

€12.50 per child; €5 per adult
Includes a sweet bag for each child

Open 12 to 6 daily, entry is €12.50 per child, €5 per adult, and includes

• Follow the trail to the Enchanted Forest on foot
• Ride a pony in the arena
• Visit the craft room to make and do
• Get your face painted
• Pet the ponies and other farm animals
• Visit the nature hut
• Spend quality time playing family games
• Play on the playground
• Dress up in a silly costume
• Go for a walk to the river or native woodlands
• Stroll through the organic garden

The organic cafe is open daily. Why not try some of our delicious pancakes while you’re here or stay the night?
