Stonehall Welcomes back Santa Clause & cannot wait to meet all the boys and girls this year with a truly magical experience not to be missed

You will arrive at Stonehall Wildlife Park and see the array of magical lights where you will check in with your booking reference number at the check in desk.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated time, You can have a walk around the Park (bookings only before 4pm as darkness is falling thereafter and gates will be closed after this time) to see the animals, and play in the indoor area and you will wait in here before you visit the main man.  On your way to the Grotto you will meet the array of animals, where their home is all decorated for the festive season.

Santa’s helpers will guide you into the grotto where you will meet Santa who may be socially distanced as he will be meeting many families throughout his very busy month. Santa will spend approximately 5 mins per family.

You then return to the play area and play again and your photo will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your visit.  In daylight hours you can see Rudloph in his paddock where he is resting with all of the other Reindeers waiting for their big adventure on Christmas Eve.

We are back this year to our original home at The Royal Liver Retail Park (Next door to Eurogiant)

Our visits to Santa will be a one-on-one experience that includes the full walk-through meeting different characters,

(Includes visit the North Pole to meet Santa, spin on the Coca-Cola Trucks, a gift & a photo with Santa) Plus 20 minutes of playtime in Bounceland while you wait for your photos

Visit Santa at his grotto Check out the Elf’s workshop. Bring your letter and send it by Elf express to Santa at our post box. Help light the Christmas tree Take a Spin on The Coca-Cola Trucks (Kiddie Ride) Have a snowball fight with Frosty.

Santa is coming back to Clonakilty this Christmas!

Get ready to be enchanted as The Polar Express returns, bigger and more magical than ever before!

ASD/Sensory time slots will take place on Saturday 2nd December 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and are available to book on the separate calendar below.

Join Santa and Mrs Claus, all the elves, and a host of festive friends for an extraordinary indoor and outdoor, walk-through Christmas adventure designed to delight the entire family. Be immersed in the Christmas magic with sing-alongs, interactive storylines, and lots of excitement that will captivate all the family. Meet Mrs Claus who has a special request for all the young visitors.

This year Santa is delighted to meet you and your family in his cosy Christmas cabin. Engage in heart-warming conversations with Santa and capture precious photos. Visit the mystical magical forest and hop aboard the Choo Choo Road Train. Keep your eyes peeled for Jack Frost and The Grinch who you might spot on Mount Crumpit!

Twinkling lights and seasonal magic will fill the air as you explore the Villages of Light and see miniature West Cork as you’ve never seen it before. Follow the model trains and have fun trying out the remote control boats and mini diggers.

Santa, the Model Village staff, and the team at Karl O’Connor Creative are working hard to make sure this is a magical and unforgettable Christmas experience for all the family. 

Booking Guidelines:

  • The experience will take 45 minutes, after which families are welcome to enjoy the Village of Lights and outdoor activities. We suggest planning an hour and a half visit; please keep this in mind when selecting your date and time.
  • The ASD-friendly booking times are Saturday 2nd December from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Please use the ASD-friendly specific booking link and check the FAQs below for more information.
  • Please tick the wheelchair option if there is one or more in your party with a wheelchair. Please do not tick the wheelchair option for prams and buggies.

A magical Christmas play village

Wildlands Winter Wonderland 2023

Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year and for its third year Baile Beag is again being transformed into a beautiful atmospheric Christmas-themed play village! Here children can explore their imagination in our immersive Wildlands Winter Wonderland experience.
This experience is best suited for children aged up to 8 years of age. Older children are of course welcome and we will have age appropriate gifts for older children! The visit to the Baile Beag Christmas play village will last one hour.  Ticket includes complimentary playground; fairy trails and junior orienteering pass for children and parents, spend the day with us!  
 
The start of each visit will be spent in the village interacting with Santa’s elves and Mrs. Claus. Children can post their letter to the North Pole in our custom made Christmas Post Box, meet Santa’s elves, help a sick reindeer in our reindeer hospital, see the Christmas tree lights and enjoy a reading of “The Night Before Christmas” by Mrs. Claus, all before Santa himself lands down the chimney to all the visitors in an Baile Beag with a Ho-Ho-Ho and a bump! Santa will then meet each family individually in his grotto, interacting with every child who has come to visit him, before giving every child an environmentally friendly sustainable gift from his workshop and a family photo (included in price). 
In line with our ethos at Wildlands our prices include a sustainable environmentally-friendly gift for all children. Ticket includes a complimentary takeaway hot chocolate with marshmallows and homemade cookie for each child and a mulled wine/hot drink from the Wildlands Wagon for the adults at the end of their visit.Festive cheer and spirit guaranteed!

A ticket gives the child and their parents complimentary use of the Fairy Trails, Playground & Junior Orienteering for the day.

Please note that food and drinks are not permitted in the Christmas Village.Play visits will run Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from Friday November 17th and Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in December and also on Wednesday 20th, Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd December.
