Our Butlers Birthday Party Package includes all the delicious chocolatey elements of standard entry plus the following complimentary birthday upgrades:

-The use of our VIP birthday party room for 30 minutes after the tour includes;
– 2 x slices of pizza per child
– Bring your own birthday cake (cutlery and napkins are provided)
-A special birthday badge and birthday card for the guest of honour
-One complimentary adult ticket with a party of over 15 children (Additional adults are €16.95)

At Red Mountain Open Farm all school tours are fully guided, with exceptional facilities to ensure pupils will have a good time regardless of the weather. (ensure pupils have suitable clothing and a packed lunch)

A typical visit to Red Mountain Open Farm includes the following:

  • On arrival you will be greeted by your guide who will guide you around the following,
  • Meet your farm yard friends, the Cows, Donkey, Goats, Pony, Lambs, Rabbits, Geese, Hens Chickens and others.
  • Village Activity Shed & Take a spin on our peddle tractors
  • Lunch break
  • Ride on the Blue Express
  • farm walk
  • Red Mountain play areas.
  • All teachers go free and get a complimentary tea / coffee.
  • *outdoor activities may be influenced by weather conditions and brought indoors when necessary

Please note that all bookings require a 10% deposit (minimum €100) payable on the day of booking. Deposit can be paid by credit card/debit card (over the phone) or by cheque / postal order (Made payable to Red Mountain Open Farm). The balance will be due on the day payable on arrival by cheque, debit / credit card or cash.

Willowbrook Glamping & Hideaways is a picturesque glamping & camping park on the banks of the river Lung, Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon. We have got a little bit of paradise here, and we are delighted to be able to share it with you.

Another string to our bow is our school tours. These are generally 3-4 hours long, and involve a tour around the site, nature based crafts, team building games, cook-your-own pizza at lunchtime in our wood fired pizza oven, and toasted marshmallows on the campfire. We can tailor the activities to your needs so please get in touch to discuss your options, pricing and your specific need.

Willowbrook Glamping & Hideaways is a picturesque glamping & camping park on the banks of the river Lung, Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon. We have got a little bit of paradise here, and we are delighted to be able to share it with you.

One of the services we offer at Willowbrook is our children’s birthday party service where we provide the venue (our 1000 square foot Dojo hall) themed decorations, a children’s entertainer (or 2 for larger parties), and food for the children. Parents of guest children are welcome to leave the children in our capable hands during the party, or if they wish to stay on site, free tea and coffee are available in the waiting room.

Parties are in 2 hour slots and must be booked in advance.

( Available timeslots are 11am-1pm, 2pm-4pm and 5pm-7pm on non-school days. )
