Santa’s Cove Dublin

We are very excited to announce that Santa’s Cove is coming to Liffey Valley!

The experience will be over 4,000 square feet and the website for Ireland’s ultimate Christmas event. Families will have to traverse through ‘Yuletide Valley’ to earn their place on Santa’s sleigh where the children will take the reins and treat their parents to a trip in the sky… YES, we did say in the sky!
You’ll make magic reindeer food in the ‘Stable Rooms’ and Christmas decorations in the ‘Toy Room’. Mrs. Claus will be on hand to serve hot chocolate and treats to everyone, before the children take a seat on the world’s first ‘Naughty Or Nice Machine’.
The machine comes to life when the candy cane lever is pulled and the antler helmet placed just above the child’s head. The machine will magically read the child’s thoughts to a symphony of bells, whistles and noises. A ‘Nice’ result means the machine will reward you with candy, redemption tickets PLUS a special ‘Nice Certificate’ which you can give to Santa when you meet him on your private family visit.

It’s that time of year again, Ghosts, Dolls, and ghouls alike, have descended onto Wooly Farm for Halloween. Come meet Polly and Molly the dollies in our barn theatre, carve your own spooky pumpkin, learn a rhythm on the Fuinneamh Drum, and stuff yourself with a chocolate apple.

Now running in its sixth year, Wooly Farm is the place to be this Halloween with lots of activities to do from 2-5pm on Saturday 21st, Sunday 22nd, Saturday 28th, Sunday 29th, Monday the 30th, and Tuesday the 31st of October. Don’t miss their Halloween Spectacular!

Scary Mary and her family have welcomed visitors every Halloween for the past six years, with the event getting bigger and better every year!

Halloween Pricing:

For entrance to the Farm for the 3 hours, tickets cost €15 per child (to include a pumpkin, chocolate apple, and all activities), €7 per adult, or €55 for a family pass (2 adults & 3 children). Under 2’s go free (€7 if they wish to take home a pumpkin and a chocolate apple).

For a fun, SPOOKY, EERIE Halloween Day Out – Visit Glendeer Pet Farm!

Come along to a Spooktastic Halloween @ Glendeer …if you dare!!!

Looking for somewhere to bring the kids over the mid-term break – this is the perfect day out for kids of all ages and big kids too!! With ghosts, ghouls, scarecrows and witches a plenty, you’ll be guaranteed a Spooktastic time!

Cast spells with Willow the witch, toast marshmallows over an open fire, enter the eerie maze but be warned, it’s as your own risk.  Follow Pumkin Passage through the Forbidden Forest to see where it takes you, and be scared by lots more ghosts and ghouls at Glendeer Pet Farm this Halloween!

Glendeer Pet Farm, Drum, Athlone (take exit 13 off M6 and follow signs for Drum) is suitable in any weather with lots of facilities under cover. But it’s not all about scares, during this Halloween experience you will also get to interact with the friendly animals on the farm.  Children can feed, pet & even hold some of the animals which include puppies, rabbits, deer, pot belly pigs, llamas, alpache, emu, wallabies, goats, donkeys, sheep, the cheeky monkeys, meerkats and much more!

Not only will you see all the Halloween scenes but children can race on the DOUBLE OBSTACLE COURSE and lose themselves in our TIMBER MAZE along with the slides, swings, seesaws and very popular glider swing in the large outdoor playground or they can avail of the indoor adventure area with lots of slides and bridges, so Glendeer is perfect even on those wet days.

And while the big ones are burning off some energy, the little ones will be well entertained in the SOFT PLAY BARN and the ALL WEATHER sand pit…just beware of the ghosts and ghouls in the Forbidden Forest on your way there! Adults can enjoy freshly ground coffee/tea and home-made treats available in the coffee shop.
